Job Description

Due to continued expansion and growth, Factory Motor Parts is looking to hire a Marketing Incentives Analyst who will work out of our corporate headquarters in Eagan, MN.

This individual will oversee and manage customer incentives and rebates to ensure profitability. They will also insure that rebates are structured in a way to promote sales and margin growth. To do so, this individual will partner contonously with our pricing and sales teams. A successful candidate for this role will be an analytical thinker who can run reports, provide analysis and recommendations to ensure positive ROIs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data warehouse software to generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports. This includes working with sales management to analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly ROI of rebates.
  • Make recommendations, improvements, and reconcilement of sales results and goals to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Communicate with finance department to ensure eligibility of rebates.
  • Partner with sales team to set up and track customer rebates, events, and payout calculations.
  • Collaborate with IT department to improve efficiency of incentive systems, reporting, and other tools to evaluate profitability.
  • Conduct sales training webinars to ensure proper understanding of customer rebate systems and processes.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Must be detail oriented and work well with numbers.
  • Must be an analytical thinker who can interpret data into an action plan.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate with Sr Leadership.
  • Must be able to work independently and prioritize daily activities.
  • Must be proactive and work with a sense of urgency.

Minimum : 

  • BS/BA degree in Business or related discipline preferred.
