Job Description

This position is responsible for driving profitable sales growth through execution of channel, regional and operational initiatives including sales and marketing programs, field support and operations projects. Projects in the role can include CRM, Sales Optimization Tools, customer launch executions, cross-departmental projects as well as ensuring the efficient, safe and, cost effective operations of the channels.


  • Coordinates projects across various functional areas utilizing standard project management documentation (project plans, risk trackers, etc.). Develops communication and implementation protocols and plans to successfully execute project objectives.
  • Builds standardized scalable project management processes for current and future projects.
  • Leads, drives, and communicates progress of projects across numerous stakeholders, functional areas, and project teams.
  • Prioritizes, organizes, and balances multiple demands and competing deadlines.
  • Ability to gain the necessary subject matter domain knowledge required to support assigned projects to include project resources, budget management, developing scope and building of project executive level definition , risk identification,  methodology.
  • Ability to facilitate cross- functional projects to successful completion.
  • Coordinates internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Tracks and escalates issues and risks, ensuring full mitigation and resolution, drives the project holistically while working on a variety of projects across the organization.
  • Sets and manages customer expectations, anticipates customer needs, proposes appropriate solutions, and gets the most out of the people and projects, while delivering projects on time, and within budget and scope.
  • May implement training for successful project implementation
  • Coordinates training materials for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology and virtual or physical conference rooms.
  • Leads planning and/or implementation of projects. May participate in the design and/or testing phases.
  • Facilitates the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
  • Resolves or assists in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary.
  • Responsible for leveraging the project staff for their technical or functional expertise.
  • Facilitates the definition of service levels and customer requirements. Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery. Advocate on behalf of clients and represent clients' needs as appropriate to senior management. Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.

Job Requirements


  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to successfully work with both business and technical teams
  • Demonstrated use of a structured iterative methodology
  • Interaction with executive / senior leadership teams
  • Experience using a Project Management tool, i.e. tracking plan & actual statistics from inception through implementation
  • Cross-functional team management experience
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Lean / Performance Improvement experience
  • Ability to work with customers to build demand and capacity analysis


  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 7 years or more years of experience
  • Experience in leading a team of employees
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% within FMP’s current six regions and will expand with FMP’s future.
