To help us find rockstar talent for our locations, we are searching for an energetic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist. You would be great in this position if you thrive off of working in a fast paced environment, are a natural at building relationships, enjoying working on multiple tasks, and have a knack for providing support to managers across the nation. What would your day look like?
  • Main point of contact in the area of recruitment, pre-employment processes, and on boarding of new hires.
  • Proactively sources internal and external candidate pools to meet the organizations needs for the right candidate at the right time.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of a recruitment strategy for each open position. This will entail taking into account location, job market, location management style, and past recruitment successes.
  • You will deliver leadership and direction to hiring managers in regards to recruitment and selection best practice including interviewing processes, selection due diligence, and on boarding processes.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

What you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field AND/OR 1-3 years of recruiting experience
  • Be a self-starter! Extraordinary levels of initiative and follow through in order to create a world class recruitment and selection process.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective and professional working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to operate personal computer equipment and software including Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking System. UltiPro platform experience is a bonus!
  • Adhere to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, professionalism, sensitivity, confidentiality.
