Job Description


Use your T&E Accounts Payable Processing experience to take on an accounting role working with Factory Motor Parts. This position requires strong problem solving, information sharing and communication skills. You will assist with questions and training with the Concur Expense tool, audit and review expense reports that are both reimbursable and T&E card reports and work internally to ensure reports and transactions are submitted in a timely manner. You will also assist in auditing Location Card expenses as well.

The Accounts Payable Specialist position will report to the Accounts Payable Manager.


  • Audit T&E card and reimbursement expense reports.
  • Set up and maintain employee profile accounts in the Concur system.
  • Assist employees with Concur questions.
  • Work on Concur reporting for Management's view.
  • Efficiently address inquiries from employees regarding policies, processes and systems.
  • Assist in auditing our Location Card expenses.
  • Ensure expense transactions and reports are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Provide support for Manager as necessary.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


  • 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
  • 2 year Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effectively communicate both internally and externally.
  • Maintain vendor relationships.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis.


This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota.


  • 5 years of Accounts Payable experience. 
  • 2 year Degree in Accounting or Finance.
